Before the Bog God

A mini-game for 2 players: the Wisher, who seeks a powerful wish, and the Old God, who eagerly responds to the ritual that summoned it.

This is a ritual puzzle game. The Wisher attempts to manipulate a sequence of six d6 representing their appeal to the god. If they can get their dice into the correct sequence, they will gain a wish. But the Old God laughs at the hubris of mortals who come seeking its power. It will gleefully befuddle, corrupt, and rot the Wisher's magic, body, mind, & soul.

Will the Wisher's risk pay off and bend reality to their fleeting desires? Or will the Old God claim another supplicant?

The game is designed to be played on its own or layered into another TTRPG as a high-stakes mini-game.
